Our puddings are boiled in a food grade cellophane and only require to be reheated. Our preferred means of reheating is as follows: Fill a pot, which is large enough for the pudding, with sufficient water to just cover the pudding. Bring the water to a simmer. Remove the decorative calico wrapping and place the pudding in the simmering water. We suggest an hour for 500 gramme and 1kg puddings and 2 hours for 1.5kg and 2kg puddings. PLEASE NOTE: You can’t over cook a pudding but you can burn it by not keeping the water up in the pot!
