2024 is our 20th year of making puddings and this year I have increased production from 750 kgs to 1 tonne!
This year I have also included a Vegan pudding. I was a bit sceptical about how they would turn out ( I thought I might have to bin them) but I was pleasantly surprised because they are fabulous.

In three weeks we have made 3/4 Tonne of puddings and it is a real family affair this year.
